Imports from the Biratnagar Customs Office, the country's third most important commercial point, are expanding year after year. It has authority over nine sub-customs offices. Petroleum items such as diesel, gasoline, and LPG; crude soya bean oil, motorbikes, betel nuts, mild steel billets, iron constructions, coal, and glazed tiles are among the most often imported goods via this custom. The overall revenue collected by the customs office for the first ten months (Shrawan-Baishakh) of the fiscal year 2077/78 is Rs 1,549,998,87, according to the Department of Customs (DoC).
